Refunds are processed only under specific conditions. Once project files are delivered, no refund is possible due to the digital nature of our products.

3. Critical Issues (Eligible for 50% Refund)

A project is considered to have critical issues if:

  • Main functionality does not work as demonstrated
  • Source code fails to compile/run on standard setup
  • Major features missing from description
Minor cosmetic issues, installation problems due to user environment, or personal preference changes are NOT eligible for refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps:

  • Attach screenshots/videos of the issue
  • Our team will respond within 2 hours
  • Refund processed within 3–5 business days

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Project files (source code, documentation, PPT)
  • Project Completion Certificate
  • Customization or support services
  • Partial delivery (e.g., documentation only)

6. Free Support Instead of Refund

In most cases, we offer free fixes within 6 months instead of refund. This includes:

  • Bug fixes
  • Installation help
  • Environment setup guidance
